INITIATIVES
Yousif has just been handed responsibility for leading our initiative around appraisals and performance management.
NDP has a proactive and goal-oriented approach to appraisals. These drive a mix of career and business development and are repeated every 12-14 weeks for each staff member.
In addition, performance management is a key feature of the way we work. Using time budgets rather than logs, team performance can be measured against expectations rather than results - improving budgeting and planning across projects.
